We are looking for a skilled Business Developer to drive our growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Provide exceptional client service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to inform business decisions and drive innovation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team.
- Basic knowledge of IT services and freelancing platforms, with a focus on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer.com.
- Understanding of sales and marketing principles, with experience in lead generation and conversion.
- Confident and effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical services to non-technical clients.
- Remote-based, flexible working hours (part-time allowed).
- Performance-based earnings - percentage per project.
