Job Title: Sales Performance Manager
Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the successful execution of sales initiatives, policies, and plans to achieve company sales targets.
You will maintain positive and productive customer and vendor relationships while managing the day-to-day activities of the Sales Representatives. Your leadership skills will enable you to communicate department and company objectives to staff and maintain upward communication with senior management.
Responsibilities:- Communicate business objectives to staff and manage upward communication with senior management.
- Train and mentor Sales Representatives; monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead by example in maximising sales at existing accounts and actively propose and negotiate opportunities for additional value-added sales and services.
- Maintain professionalism, customer service, and customer focus while building strategic partnerships with potential and existing customers.
- Determine work procedures, coordinate, and expedite staff workflow.
- Collaborate with Outside Sales to develop new customers from sales leads.
- Develop expert knowledge regarding suppliers, products, competition, and/or markets.
- Ensure adherence to customer approvals and quality requirements.
- Lead, participate, and practice continuous improvement and/or process improvement efforts.
