Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and promoting our financial services to clients in the UAE.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development, with a proven track record of success. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be fluent in English.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads from outbound calls and online outreach, promoting our accounting and bookkeeping services to UAE clients, and handling the full sales cycle from pitching to closure. You will also be required to maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, report daily sales activity, and maintain CRM records.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and fluency in English
  • Familiarity with accounting and bookkeeping concepts (desired)
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision
  • Based in or willing to work from our Rawalpindi call centre
