Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and generate sales leads.
• Clearly and persuasively communicate the benefits and features of our offerings.
• Build rapport with potential customers and effectively address their inquiries and concerns.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively engage with customers.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven ability to communicate effectively and persuasively over the phone.
• Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
• Goal-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to handle objections and remain resilient in the face of challenges.
• Basic computer literacy and comfortable using CRM systems (preferred).
• Fluency in spoken English and Urdu is essential.
• Previous telesales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Must be available to work the night shift (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM).
