
Industrial Process Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Production Officer to join our team.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will assist the production manager in factory operations, ensuring production targets and objectives are met. Key responsibilities include:
- Production Operations: Assist the production manager in planning, scheduling, and performing production activities; collect information from the previous shift for smooth operations; check raw materials quantity-wise before starting production; inform superiors of any process deviations or machine abnormalities.
- Repair and Maintenance: Ensure equipment operation by calling for repairs; evaluate new equipment and techniques; inform manager of wear and tear on production plant/equipment.
- Environmental, Health, and Safety: Adhere strictly to safety, environment, and health standards and procedures; maintain laboratory cleanliness and orderliness.
- Quality Management System: Perform job-related tasks for Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 and Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2004; ensure strict adherence to safety, environment, and health standards; suggest process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or related field;
- 1-2 years of experience in production operations;
- Strong understanding of production processes, repair and maintenance, and quality management systems;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
