Job Description:

As a skilled Odoo developer, you will be responsible for leading and contributing to development projects across various products and services. Your key tasks will include suggesting and implementing improvements in development processes, tackling complex technical challenges and performance issues, and developing impactful applications and features.

Some of the specific activities you will be performing as an Odoo developer are:

• Design and develop custom Odoo apps (new modules & customizations).
• Analyze scope documents and collaborate with teams on requirements.
• Ensure high-quality, maintainable code by following development best practices.
• Utilize and extend Odoo's core features to meet business objectives.
• Create custom modules and follow secure coding standards.
• Use Git for version control and manage code effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong knowledge of Python, PHP, and core programming concepts. You should also have a solid understanding of Odoo's core flow and data models. Additionally, you should have proven experience in custom Odoo module development and upgrades, techno-functional knowledge of Odoo (Sales, Purchase, CRM, Inventory, HR, etc.), expertise in PostgreSQL and writing SQL queries, experience with data import (Odoo tools and custom Python scripts), and familiarity with Git and Linux-based systems.
