About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to assist in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes in your assigned section.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Ensure all mise en place is completed efficiently before service.
  • Support senior kitchen staff in daily operations.
  • Monitor food quality, freshness, and portion control consistently.
  • Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries, ensuring stock rotation.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Commis or Demi Chef de Partie in a high-volume or fine dining environment.
  • Culinary diploma or relevant professional kitchen training preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
