Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to join our team as a Recovery Officer. This role is responsible for ensuring timely payments from customers, providing regular updates, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Making regular communication with customers through calls, emails, SMS, and WhatsApp messages to remind them of upcoming payments and outstanding amounts.
  • Sending project development updates and responding to customer inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Preparing and sending cancellation notices for defaulting customers, while maintaining effective communication throughout the process.
Requirements
  • Close collaboration with Account Receivable staff to ensure seamless booking of received and receivable amounts.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks efficiently.
