Hayat Kimya Pakistan Private Limited is a Turkey based Organization having its renowned brand Molfix, Bebem, Good Care Natural, Good Care Regular, Molped, Papia, Familia & Evony Masks.

Currently, we are seeking a passionate and performance-driven IMT Manager to join our Sales team and take charge as the primary point of contact for all nationwide IMT and E-Commerce sales-related matters, including coordination with Field Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain, to ensure the achievement of defined objectives and targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive achievement of sales, share, and visibility targets across all IMT channels.
  • Lead annual negotiations with key IMT partners, including terms on discounts, trade spends, display execution, joint business plans, and volume targets.
  • Oversee and optimize E-Commerce operations, ensuring efficient coordination with regional teams for order fulfillment and stock availability.
  • Ensure profitable growth and ROI from each IMT customer by monitoring performance, optimizing trade spend, and aligning promotional activities.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing IMT sales team, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and performance.
  • Ensure timely credit recovery and maintain financial discipline across key accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with IMT and E-Commerce category teams to secure strategic partnerships and preferred supplier status.
  • Utilize data-driven insights for decision-making, business reviews, and continuous performance improvement.
  • Act as a key liaison between internal cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance) and external customers to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
  • Stay updated on market dynamics, competitor activity, and evolving trends in modern trade and digital commerce.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of relevant experience in Modern Trade/Key Account Management within a leading FMCG company.
  • Proven ability in managing large IMT accounts (e.g., Metro, Carrefour, Al-Fatah, Imtiaz, Daraz, Panda).
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and analytical skills.
