Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Oracle Fusion HCM implementations. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HCM, Self Service, Absence, OTL, Compensation, Recruitment, Talent Management, HR Helpdesk, and Payroll.

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HCM, Self Service, Absence, OTL, Compensation, Recruitment, Talent Management, HR Helpdesk, and Payroll.
  • Oversee the project lifecycle, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business requirements.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and consultants to ensure the successful delivery of the project within the agreed timeline.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in requirement gathering, scoping, configuring, testing, rolling out, and supporting HCM solutions.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in implementing Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • A proven track record of completing at least two 4-phase project life cycles for Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle ERP systems, particularly HCM modules.
  • Extensive experience in project management, including managing project timelines, resources, and budgets.
