Duration:6-month initial contract (extendable based on performance and project needs)

Are you an Oracle EBS HRMS expert ready to make an impact in a dynamic digital landscape? We're looking for a Functional Consultant with solid hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12 (HR, Payroll & Self-Service modules) to join our team in Qatar You'll play a vital role in supporting and enhancing our ERP environment and guiding end users across key HRMS functions.

- Ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of Oracle EBS R12 system

- Provide expert functional support for HRMS modules including Payroll, HR, and Self-Service

- Analyze user requirements and implement new features to enhance existing systems

- Collaborate with users to troubleshoot and resolve issues

- Participate in system design, documentation, testing, and implementation

- Support business operations by maintaining a responsive and reliable ERP ecosystem

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12

- Proven track record with **at least 3 full-cycle implementations of Oracle EBS 12.2**

- Strong cross-module knowledge of Oracle HCM modules

- Solid understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and configuration

- Capability to create user training content and conduct sessions

- Experience working with Oracle to resolve application bugs

- Background in technical development and ability to write basic SQL queries and packages
