This includes overseeing ongoing and upcoming software development projects, monitoring project plans, scheduling work hours, organizing stakeholder meetings, and ensuring timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the daily operational aspects of multiple assigned projects, including business, operational, and internal projects.
  • Collaborate with the process engineering team to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Monitor project progress, address any issues promptly, and communicate project status to all participants.
  • Maintain and update project plans, sprints, project schedules, and work hours on utilized software platforms.
  • Establish partnerships across functions as necessary to ensure project success.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science or related field.
  • 0-6 months of relevant experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and responsibility with minimal supervision requirements.
