The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in business management and administration. As an Administrative Head Business Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business unit, ensuring that all tasks and projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective management of the business unit.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to team members, helping them to achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Establish and manage a shared calendar system for all offices, ensuring regular updates by team members.
  • Organize and conduct weekly follow-up meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress towards goals.
  • Maintain and update documents and files to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Manage the CEO's schedule for the entire group, coordinating travel arrangements and meetings as needed.
  • Coordinate quarterly board meetings and AGMs, ensuring accurate maintenance of board resolutions and minute books.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including accurate record-keeping and annual filings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in business management and administration.
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Location: Our office in Lahore.
