As Senior Dynamics CRM Solution Architect, you will design and implement innovative CRM solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. You will work closely with project managers, business analysts, testing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least 8 years of relevant working experience in Dynamics CRM development and implementation.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing custom entities, forms, workflows, dashboards, and reports in Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Strong technical documentation skills and ability to write clear and understandable documentation.
  • Knowledge of banking industry and its specific requirements (preferable).
