- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product updates and competitive landscapes to enhance sales acumen.
- Achieve daily SLAs and monthly inbound quota.
- Native fluency in Spanish is required for effective customer engagement.
- At least one year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in tele-sales.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for building rapport with international audiences.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills are necessary to handle high volumes of leads effectively.
- Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce is beneficial.
