Leadership Role for AI Dashcam Software Development

Our team is seeking a talented Engineering Manager to lead the development of new product features for Fleet Safety and AI Dashcam software. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical vision, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing a technology vision, managing product and business outcomes, and developing a long-term product roadmap. They will also lead technical design discussions, drive execution and launch, and introduce cutting-edge development processes.

This role requires a leader with 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering or related domains, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, and 3+ years of experience managing 10+ engineers. The ideal candidate should have technical depth and breadth in agile product development, distributed systems, infrastructure, cloud computing, build tools, front-end engineering, mobile, and QA.

The Engineering Manager will work closely with multiple teams, including Frontend, Product, Design, Computer Vision & Data Science teams, to develop a compelling long-term technical vision and execute implementation plans. They will also be responsible for hiring, managing, motivating, and promoting skilled Engineers, as well as maintaining a healthy and productive Engineering culture.
