**Job Opportunity: AI Engineer**This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a talented team in the development of cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions. This includes developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms, analyzing large datasets to derive actionable insights, and collaborating with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI functionalities into existing applications.
  • Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to drive business growth.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and optimize AI systems.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into various products.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies.
  • Evaluate and improve the performance of AI models.
  • Provide technical support to other teams in utilizing AI solutions effectively.
  • Document development processes, model designs, and results to ensure reproducibility and efficiency.
  • Participate in code reviews and share best practices with the team.
**Requirements:**
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as an AI Engineer or similar role in artificial intelligence development.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, Conversational AI, AI data pipelines, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Agentic AI.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
  • Familiarity with data preprocessing and data augmentation techniques.
  • Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for deploying AI solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
