
Sales Department Lead

This role is to maintain and enhance the image of Buksh Motors. It involves developing and implementing plans for after sales activities across the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish goals and objectives for the after sales department and strive to meet them.
- Provide exceptional service and value to customers, exceeding their expectations.
- Build lasting relationships and rapport with customers, fostering loyalty and trust.
- Promote new business opportunities and retain existing customers, driving growth and revenue.
- Ensure seamless customer experience from initial contact to delivery of vehicles and beyond.
- Maintain high standards of service, minimizing returns and complaints.
- Evaluate and enforce compliance with brand warranty and policy procedures.
- Serve as liaison with brand representatives, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures aligned with each brand's CI standards.
- Analyze future requirements and expansion plans for each service center in terms of equipment, manpower, parts stock levels, etc.
- Contribute to annual business planning and achieving goals for the after sales department.
- Cultivate open communication with all brand principals on technical issues, campaign completions, recalls, warranties, procurement of accessories, and training for technical and non-technical staff.
- Ensure staff receive regular in-house and international training to enhance skills and product knowledge.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to all rules and regulations.
- Coordinate closely with accounts and shipment departments for smooth operations regarding receipt of shipments of parts, accessories, and tools.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by Operations Sales.
