Business Data Insights Specialist

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional in data analytics with expertise in delivering insights from complex data sets. This role requires strong experience in working with large datasets, leveraging various tools such as Python, SQL, and MSBI to drive business decisions.

This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver actionable insights that drive business growth. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The role also entails developing and operationalizing dashboards using SQL Server, SSRS & Tableau to visualize key metrics and trends. Additionally, the candidate will contribute to the development of data pipelines and data marts, as well as optimize existing flows to improve data quality and accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: BCS/BIT from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, reports, and dashboard development.
  • Proven experience in managing databases and ETL/ELT processes using MSBI, SQL & Python.
  • Strong experience in end-to-end implementation of BI projects.
  • Proficiency in dashboard development using Tableau.
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Result-oriented, self-driven, and flexible individual.
