Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled leader to fill a Senior Management position. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing quality management programs, developing healthcare improvement initiatives, and implementing safety protocols in hospitals.

The successful candidate will have experience in conducting QA internal and external audits for compliance with regulatory standards, as well as developing and implementing quality improvement and patient safety programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management strategies to improve patient care and safety
  • Conduct QA internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Develop and implement healthcare improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
  • Work effectively across organizational boundaries to develop and maintain strong relationships
  • Deliver plans to meet strategic objectives and manage competing deadlines
  • Manage project resources to achieve desired outcomes

Requirements:

  • Registration from the concerned regulatory body
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Quality, Healthcare Risk Management, and Patient Safety Programs
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and exercise leadership
  • Strong written and oral communication, presentation, problem resolution/negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CPHQ or Certified Quality Practitioner with Lead Auditor Course in ISO 9000, 14000, 18000 OSHA
  • Additional patient safety or quality improvement qualification
  • Good IT skills and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
