Requirements:
  • Graduate degree (BBA or MBA preferred), demonstrating strong academic credentials and intellectual capability.
  • Excellent English communication skills, including written and verbal expression, active listening, and conflict resolution.

Experience:
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience managing different teams and departments, with a proven track record of success and leadership expertise.
