Corporate Financial Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Financial Supervisor to oversee the company's financial operations. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and manage the accounts payable department, ensuring timely payments and efficient financial processes.
  2. Maintain the general ledger, accounts payable, and project accounting functions, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  3. Oversee all tax-related processes, including tax withholding and clearing of tax GLs in software systems.
  4. Monitor and manage financial expenditures, maintain accurate databases, and provide regular reports to supervisors.
  5. Manage payment transactions, track the status of transactions, and ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
  6. Standardize procedures to improve efficiency and create internal templates for company use.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service, communicate effectively, and resolve queries promptly.
