Design Team Lead

We are looking for a talented Design Team Lead to join our team. As a Design Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of designers and overseeing the design process from concept to execution. Your expertise in design leadership, team management, and project management will help us deliver high-quality designs on time and within budget.

About the Role
- Lead a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture
- Oversee the end-to-end design process, ensuring high-quality and user-friendly designs
- Collaborate closely with developers to understand technical constraints and possibilities, ensuring designs are feasible and scalable
- Work closely with clients to understand their design requirements, present design concepts, and address feedback effectively

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or Senior UI/UX Designer in a reputable agency or in-house design team
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to articulate and present design concepts to both internal teams and clients
