We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior System Analyst to play a key role in our projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing clients and projects from inception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients to understand their business needs and document detailed requirements.
  • Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement or optimization.
  • Design innovative solutions aligned with client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure accurate implementation and adherence to timelines.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, communicating project status, risks, and dependencies effectively.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their growth and development.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to validate functionality and performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of four years of experience in a system analyst role, preferably client-facing.
  • Proven expertise in requirements gathering, solution design, and project management.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and SDLC principles.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in translating business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa.
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with relational databases, SQL queries, and data modeling.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
