**Job Title:** Sales Manager

**About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to spearhead our efforts to sell medical devices, build strong client relationships, and generate leads. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with US-based clients and be able to lead a dynamic team to exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell Medical Devices: Directly engage with US healthcare providers to sell medical devices.
  • Generate Leads: Utilize product samples and strategic follow-ups to generate new leads.
  • Manage Pipelines: Leverage HubSpot to track, manage, and nurture leads through to closing deals.
  • Build Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Lead Sales Teams: Drive and motivate your sales team to exceed sales targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven Sales Experience: Proven experience in selling to US-based clients, preferably in the healthcare or medical device sector.
  • Relationship-Building: Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients.
  • Lead Generation: Ability to generate new leads using product samples and strategic follow-ups.
  • CRM Tools: Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
  • Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate sales teams to achieve sales targets.
