We are seeking an experienced Online Tutoring Services Manager to lead our Lahore Center. This is a critical role that requires strategic planning, leadership skills, and effective communication.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the overall operations of online tutoring services, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  2. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase website traffic and online tutoring students.
  3. Recruit, train, and manage a team of online tutors, focusing on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  4. Manage sales prospects and customers, utilizing telesales, CSR, or Call Center experience with English-speaking customers.
  5. Enhance online tutoring services by leveraging e-mail marketing, online sales, internet marketing techniques, and online chat support.
  6. Grow the current business and expand into related areas, identifying new opportunities and partnerships.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment.

Requirements
  1. MBA or equivalent business degree.
  2. Prior 5-10 years of relevant managerial experience.
  3. Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
  4. Experience dealing with international English-speaking customers.
  5. Ability to grow the current business and expand into related areas.
  6. Knowledge of e-mail marketing, online sales, internet marketing techniques, online chat support, etc.
