Job Title

The Digital Marketing Supervisor will oversee the planning, execution and optimization of online marketing efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and analytical capabilities in digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads and drive conversions.
  • Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and campaigns.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel digital campaigns including SEO, social media, email and content marketing.
  • Marketing Proposals: Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling marketing proposals for stakeholders. Identify key objectives, tactics and outcomes in proposals tailored to specific projects or client needs.
  • Presentation Development: Design professional presentations to support proposals, campaign results and strategic updates.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals. Assign tasks, set deadlines and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance metrics and create detailed reports for stakeholders. Use data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for future strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications.
  • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing including 2 years in a senior role.
  • Proficiency in various digital marketing tools.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools.
  • Advanced skills in presentation software.
  • Excellent English communication and storytelling skills.
  • Leadership abilities to inspire and manage a team effectively.
