Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital advertising efforts and drive paid growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing high-budget ad campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of executing multi-channel campaigns, optimizing funnels, conducting competitor research, and tracking key metrics. They will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an onsite team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing or paid media roles, with a proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Proficiency in running and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Deep knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, retargeting, and end-to-end funnel optimization.
  • Strong skills in market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy, positioning, and creative decisions.
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Dashboard, and Data Studio.
  • Hands-on experience in investment management or e-commerce sectors is mandatory. Understanding of industry-specific nuances and compliance is a plus.
