We are seeking a seasoned leader to serve as the Managing Director for our Islamabad office. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive growth and success in our offshore development group.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and oversight of all aspects of our Islamabad office's operations, including project management, quality assurance, resource allocation, and administrative functions.
  • Development and implementation of strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including setting clear KPIs and targets for teams and individuals.
  • Fostering a culture of excellence and accountability within the office, aligning with our company's core values.
  • Establishment of effective communication channels with our USA office, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment of goals and priorities.
  • Driving initiatives to improve employee retention rates, enhance team morale, and provide professional development opportunities.
  • Overseeing recruitment efforts to attract top talent, ensuring our office has the right skill sets to meet client demands and project requirements.
  • Monitoring project delivery timelines, budgets, and quality standards, taking proactive measures to address any deviations and optimize performance.
  • Serving as a key point of contact for stakeholder interactions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, incorporating relevant insights into our operations and service offerings.
Essential Qualifications:
  1. A proven track record in senior leadership roles, preferably within the software development industry in Pakistan and USA.
  2. A strong understanding of project management methodologies, software development processes, and quality assurance principles.
  3. The ability to define and track KPIs, drive performance improvements, and deliver results in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams across different functions and geographies.
  5. Education or work experience in the USA or European countries is highly valued, with a deep understanding of Western work culture, business practices, and client expectations.
  6. A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of balancing long-term vision with day-to-day operational realities.
  7. Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  8. Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with a track record of making data-driven decisions and managing budgets effectively.
