Skillful Communications Professional

As a key member of our team, you will support internal and external communication initiatives. This includes speech writing, banner creation, poster design, notice board management, e-newsletter development, LCD panel display, brand messaging, and other ad-hoc requirements.

About the Role

  • Corporate Communications: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective communication strategies that engage our audience and promote our brand.
  • Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across our social media platforms. Monitor engagement, track performance, and optimize strategies for better results.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling copy, visuals, and multimedia content for social media, website, and other corporate materials. Utilize your creativity to produce high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Website Management: Ensure our company website is up-to-date with fresh and relevant content. Work closely with the Marketing Team to optimize SEO and maintain smooth functionality.
  • Design Support: Assist in creating visual assets for social media, website, and marketing materials. Apply your design skills to produce eye-catching graphics that capture our audience's attention.
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Manager (Corporate Communications) to liaise with various departments, suppliers, and external parties to roll out communication plans, club updates, and news in a timely fashion.
  • Event Management: Assist in major/ad-hoc club events with duties such as sponsorship arrangements, VIP invitations, promotional materials, draft speeches, photography, and serving as emcee.

Your Qualifications and Skills

  • Diploma/Degree in Mass Communication/Public Relations or related disciplines
  • An eye for details with 2 years of relevant experience in Memberships' Club / Hospitality Management
