Design Consultant Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Design Consultant to join our team. This role involves providing expert design guidance and innovative solutions tailored to clients' needs in kitchen, door, and wardrobe projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences from initial design phase through to installation process, ensuring outstanding service and satisfaction.
  • Meet sales targets by effectively managing the KDW opportunity matrix, processing client quotations/orders, and building strong relationships with architects and contractors.
  • Conduct site visits at critical stages, oversee verification, point marking, PDI, and installation processes, addressing client complaints promptly.
  • Ensure timely tracking of client payments, coordinate product deliveries, and resolve any delays or partial delivery issues.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS, ARCHITECTS, AND CONTRACTORS TO FACILITATE SMOOTH PROJECT EXECUTION.
  • Pursue ongoing professional development in kitchen, doors, and wardrobe materials, designs, and market trends.
  • Utilize design software such as CAD, Sketchup, and others to create innovative designs.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in same industry or related fields.
  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Display strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project challenges.
Required Skills:
  • Knowledge of kitchen, doors, and wardrobe materials, designs, and market trends.
  • Proficiency in design software like CAD, Sketchup etc.
