Job Title: Human Resources Manager

A visionary leader is required to provide strategic guidance and support in human resource issues, ensuring the successful implementation of organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive approach to human resource development and management.
  • Craft relevant human resource policies and standards that align with applicable laws, rules, and legislation.
  • Ensure that HR considerations are integrated into all decision-making processes.
  • Promote Islamic values and principles within human resources policies and practices.
  • Align organizational cornerstones with human resources policies and practices where appropriate.
  • Provide guidance to managers on HR and organizational development matters.
  • Establish an effective induction process for staff, volunteers, and trustees.
  • Design, implement, and manage a performance appraisal system.
  • Oversee the annual training and development plan and budget.
  • Review and update salaries and benefits to ensure alignment with market trends.

The ideal candidate will possess an energetic and enthusiastic approach to work, combined with the ability to manage pressure effectively. They will have a coaching style of leadership and be committed to upholding Islamic values in every aspect of their work.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree is essential, while an MBA from a reputable institution is preferred.
  • Relevant experience in human resources, including policy and procedure development, performance management, management, and staff development.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Pakistan's employment legislation is crucial.
  • Experience working in a large hospital with similar responsibilities is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a complex, interdependent organization.
  • Ability to work independently and be the sole specialist in the organization.
  • Effective relationship-building skills, including distant and cross-cultural relationships.
  • Able to persuade and negotiate with people to ensure standards are met.
  • Strategic thinking to address HR issues in organizational strategy and operational plans.
  • Flexibility to work strategically and at a hands-on level.
  • Proficiency in IT.
