**Job Description:**

Lead M&A Execution is a key role within our organization, responsible for guiding the financial planning, execution, and integration/segregation of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and investment opportunities. This individual provides financial advisory and support on corporate development initiatives, including valuations, deal structuring, and due diligence.

About the Role:

  1. Gathering critical information regarding risks and opportunities for impending and ongoing M&A activities, translating this information into fact-based and well-reasoned insights on the valuation and structural impact of the merger or acquisition.
  2. Conducting financial analysis and building detailed financial models (DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution, etc.) for potential M&A transactions.
  3. Providing leadership support across the company's M&A activities after target selection from initial evaluation through deal execution to post-deal integration activities.
  4. Providing business and financial due diligence analyses of various aspects of acquisition targets' financials, customers, sales, costs, and operations.
  5. Monitoring and being responsible for key post-deal integration activities, including synergy goals.
  6. Providing top management reports and presentations in support of acquisitions.
  7. Proactively identifying issues and opportunities to guide the company's decision-making process.
  8. Working closely with internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Operations, etc.) and external advisors (Investment Banks, Consultants, Legal Counsel).
**Key Skills and Qualifications:**
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred) or ACCA/CA Certification.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in M&A, financial analysis, corporate development, or management consulting. Experience in the digital/telecom/tech sector is a plus.
  • Strong Project Management skills & experience.
  • Sound analytical, financial modelling skills, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication abilities.
  • Deep understanding of valuation techniques, deal structuring, and integration planning.
  • Proven track record of executing complex M&A transactions.
