Job Description

This is a remote position that focuses on optimizing online presence for healthcare clients. The key responsibilities include:

  • Performing local SEO tasks such as Google Business Profile optimization and citation building.
  • Conducting keyword research aligned with healthcare services and patient queries.
  • Optimizing on-page elements like metadata, headers, internal links, and content.
  • Monitoring site health and fixing technical SEO issues like indexing, speed, and mobile-friendliness.
  • Collaborating on content strategy and executing link-building campaigns.
  • Tracking performance using analytics tools and providing clear, actionable reports.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably with US clients or local SEO campaigns.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
  • A strong understanding of on-page, technical, and local SEO best practices.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience working with healthcare clients or service-based businesses.
  • Familiarity with WordPress or CMS platforms.
  • Awareness of healthcare-related compliance.
  • Basic understanding of HTML or web structure.
  • Experience with citation management tools like BrightLocal or Whitespark.
