About the Position: Estimating World is a leading provider of innovative estimating solutions. We are seeking a skilled Accountant to join our team, with experience in QuickBooks and Waves. As a key member of our finance department, you'll be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, as well as experience working with QuickBooks and Waves. You'll be expected to prepare accurate financial statements and reports, process payroll, and assist with budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities include:
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconciling general ledger accounts.
  • Preparing financial statements and reports.
  • Processing payroll and ensuring tax compliance.
  • Assisting with budgeting and forecasting.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience with QuickBooks and Waves.
