Bookkeeping Specialist

We require a highly skilled and dedicated Accountant for the evening shift to join our dynamic team. Our focus is on employee growth and development. The successful candidate will have opportunities to contribute significantly to our business's expansion and success.

1. Build effective relationships with clients and deliver exceptional accounting services.
2. Record and manage clients' financial transactions using QuickBooks.
3. Oversee the preparation of corporate financial statements and supporting documents.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to prepare corporate and personal income tax returns.
5. Process GST/HST, payroll, and other government remittances.
6. Prepare client correspondence.
7. Support with administrative tasks as required.
8. Execute various tasks assigned by management.
9. Expertise in calculating, posting, and managing accounting data and records.

1. Excellent English language skills due to our Canadian operations.
2. Willingness to learn modern software.
3. Minimum 6 months of experience required.
4. Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance - Preferential consideration given to additional certifications (e.g., ACCA or CPA).
