About the Position

This key position plays a crucial role in driving the manufacturing operation to meet key performance indicators.

Main Responsibilities

Plan and execute making and packing operations to achieve shift targets in volume, quality, and cost.
Effectively manage chemical and packaging materials to minimize waste levels.
Ensure effective labor management, including numbers and skills.
Monitor material consumption and yield to reduce material variance.
Supervise stock counts and transactions.
Maintain a safe working environment.
Lead autonomous maintenance activities.
Implement best practices.
Develop worker skills.
Improve operational efficiency.

Key Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Fresh engineering graduates or 1 year of experience in Operations/Production in FMCG or Manufacturing industry.
Understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) principles.
Strong technical knowledge, passion for engineering, and a growth mindset.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
