  • 12+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership or technical lead position.
  • Strong technical expertise in software development, architecture, and engineering principles.
  • Proven track record of successful team leadership, with a focus on technical excellence, people management, and collaboration.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
