Job Overview

This role entails the periodic preparation of tax compliance, including the development of underlying workings and the creation of reports for tax-related matters within the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer taxation, encompassing data extraction, analysis, and payment processing
  • Administer supplier taxation in accordance with applicable regulations
  • Accurately record and process tax invoices in the system
  • Maintain and update tax payment records for effective tracking and reconciliation
  • Prepare and submit withholding tax statements in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide support during tax audits and related compliance reviews
  • Issue and manage tax deduction certificates for vendors and customers
  • Ensure adherence to income tax laws
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Professional certification in accounting or finance (CA/ACCA/MBA)
  • 14 years of education in accounts and finance
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the telecom sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Stakeholder management
  • Analytical skills
  • In-depth knowledge of withholding tax rules
  • Experience in income tax compliance
  • Proficiency in Oracle and Windows OS
