Job Overview

This Sales Account Manager position involves identifying and acquiring new B2B clients for digital marketing and web development services. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, cold calls, networking, and digital outreach to generate qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline by tracking sales metrics using CRM tools.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Creative, Tech, and Marketing) to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales or account management, ideally in a digital agency or tech company.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and web development processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Socially savvy with strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office/Google Workspace, and social media platforms for business.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
