Strategic Business Development and Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

This is a key role in driving business growth and enhancing brand visibility through the development and execution of comprehensive business development and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Strategy: Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including content marketing, social media, and PR.
  • Sales Optimization: Manage the sales pipeline, optimize sales funnels, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing and sales initiatives, providing data-driven insights.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment of business development and marketing efforts.
  • Lead Generation: Implement effective lead generation strategies, including cold outreach and CRM management.
  • Industry Research: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the IT/software industry.
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing, branding, and content strategy.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
  • Proven experience in cold emailing and cold calling.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing sales funnels.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
