Trade Marketing Specialist

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about brand activation, market analysis, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

We are seeking a trade marketing specialist to join our sales team and take charge of trade marketing plans by working closely with the trade marketing manager and sales team.

The successful candidate will play a key supporting role in turning brand strategies into field-level actions, assisting in trade analysis, retail program execution, and ensuring brand visibility across different channels.

  • Support the development and execution of customer-focused trade marketing strategies.
  • Assist in analyzing customer and category data to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Help translate brand plans into customer marketing activities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to implement in-store execution plans and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to roll out trade activations and visibility drives.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to improve trade strategies.
Requirements
  • Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in trade marketing, sales, or brand management.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and trade analytics tools is a plus.
  • Passion for working in the field and understanding customer behavior and retail dynamics.
