Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to oversee the organization's end-user devices, servers, network, and other IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain end-user devices, servers, network, and other IT infrastructure components.
- Provide technical support to users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Oversee office network maintenance and communication with internet service providers for stable connections.
- Stay current with the latest IT infrastructure advancements, recommending necessary upgrades.
- Manage Active Directory Users and Group Policy Objects.
- Create and maintain documentation and asset databases.
- Log all support requests and update tickets as needed.
- Perform disaster recovery operations and data backups when required.
- Administer and troubleshoot Asterisk and IP Telephony systems.
- Manage file and folder sharing permissions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT Support, focusing on complex environments.
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems, including protocols, hardware, and storage.
- Familiarity with network security concepts such as firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention.
- Experience with network hardware like routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Linux operating system administration is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in rotation shifts and 24/7 operation.

Rotational shift work - 3 months
Monday to Saturday
