We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring and Control: Monitor and control computer systems to ensure seamless operations, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and applying solutions to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Hardware and Software Management: Install, configure, and manage computer systems, printers, and other peripherals to meet business needs.
  • Data Security: Implement regular data backups to guarantee data security and integrity, maintaining accurate inventory of computer equipment and software licenses.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and assistance to staff members, ensuring they have the necessary tools to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record as an IT Infrastructure Specialist or in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in system administration.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues.
  • Familiarity with computer hardware, software, and peripherals, including operating systems and network protocols.
  • A strong knowledge of network architectures and data transmission methods.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
