Field Sales Representative Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for visiting potential customers on a daily basis and converting potential leads to a long-lasting customer base.

They must be able to map a specific area and discover/cultivate prospective customers. The Field Sales Representative will maintain a record of sales leads and customers and represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions.

Additionally, they will educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally, evaluate personal sales strategy effectiveness and improvise to ensure target achievement, and meet personal and team sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have a sense of ownership and pride in their performance and its impact on the company's success. They should possess excellent customer service and sales skills, excellent phone and presentation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
