As a Package Consultant - SAP HR, you will analyze and design processes, and implement technical solutions in SAP HR / HCM and SuccessFactors. This includes performance and goal management, Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Personnel Time Management (PT), and Personnel Administration (PY).

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Analyze business processes, and design and implement technical solutions in SAP HR / HCM and SuccessFactors.
  • Possess knowledge of SAP HCM Master data, transactional data, specific business processes, and integration with other SAP modules.
  • Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, including offshore and remote members.
  • Ensure proper handover of tasks with updates and next steps, coordinating effectively with the team.
  • Meet account deliverables such as service level agreements and handle enhancement requests, with deep knowledge of relevant customizing.
  • Perform Business Impact Assessments.
  • Provide functional support for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors integration aspects.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the implementation team and stakeholders/customers.
  • Troubleshoot complex integration issues.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective services.

You will work closely with your team to ensure successful project delivery. Your expertise in SAP HR / HCM and SuccessFactors will enable you to make meaningful change for your clients.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Analysis and design of processes, and technical implementation in SAP HR / HCM and SuccessFactors modules.
  • Knowledge of SAP HCM Master data, transactional data, and integration with other SAP modules.
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams with offshore and remote members.
  • Ability to ensure proper task handover and coordination within the team.
  • Proven track record of meeting deliverables and deep knowledge of SAP customization.
  • Experience performing Business Impact Assessments.
  • Functional skills related to SAP HCM and SuccessFactors integration.
  • Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
  • Commitment to high customer satisfaction through timely service delivery.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

Experience with IBM Z and its role in Digital Transformation would be beneficial, but training will be provided.
