Key Responsibilities
  1. Training Needs Analysis

Program Development and Delivery
  • Create engaging and effective training programs that cater to different learning styles and preferences.
  • Deliver training sessions to groups of varying sizes and complexity.
Annual Training Plan
  • Design and implement a comprehensive annual training plan that aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Monitor progress and adjust the plan as needed to ensure maximum impact.
Funding and Partnerships
  • Establish relationships with external funding organizations to secure resources and support for training initiatives.
  • Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for partnerships.
Course Evaluation and Improvement
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Implement changes and adjustments to optimize training outcomes.
Induction Process
  • Develop and implement a structured induction process for new staff members.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience that sets employees up for success.
Budget Management
  • Manage the training budget effectively, ensuring optimal use of resources.
  • Maintain accurate records of expenditure and identify areas for cost savings.
