Job Title: Senior WordPress Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior WordPress Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality WordPress themes and plugins.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize WordPress themes as per project requirements, ensuring seamless user experiences and optimal performance.
  • Create and update WordPress plugins to enhance website functionality, incorporating cutting-edge features and integrations.
  • Maintain and optimize website hosting, domain setup, and server configurations, guaranteeing efficient load times and robust security.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues related to themes, plugins, and hosting, applying expert knowledge to resolve complex problems.
  • Work collaboratively with designers, content teams, and marketing professionals to improve UI/UX, ensuring cohesive brand experiences.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in WordPress development, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise.
  • In-depth knowledge of theme customization (custom themes and child themes), plugin development, and website hosting management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Proficiency in SEO best practices and website performance optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with cPanel, WHM, Cloudflare, and various hosting providers.
Bonus Requirements:

While not mandatory, having experience with WooCommerce and e-commerce website development, page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, etc.), and security measures to protect WordPress sites from vulnerabilities is a significant plus.

Working Environment:

This is a full-time position requiring a mid-senior level developer with a passion for delivering exceptional results in a dynamic environment.
