Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced quality management professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Quality Management Systems: Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems that align with industry standards.
  • Review and Update Policies and Procedures: Ensure all quality policies, procedures, and documentation are up-to-date and compliant with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Lead Quality Management System Implementation: Oversee the implementation of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Ensure Quality Consistency: Develop and execute quality control processes to ensure operational consistency and adherence to established quality benchmarks.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Develop and track KPIs related to quality, reporting findings to management for informed decision-making.
  • Cultivate Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, identifying opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency gains.
  • Analyze Data and Trends: Propose and implement improvements based on data analysis and trends, ensuring sustainable growth and competitiveness.
  • Plan and Conduct Internal Audits: Regularly plan and conduct internal audits to assess compliance with ISO 9001 standards, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Department Heads: Work closely with department heads to address and rectify non-conformities identified during audits, ensuring seamless resolution.
Requirements:
  • Qualification and Experience: Bachelor's degree in quality management, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in quality management or a related role.
  • Certification: Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Certified Quality Manager, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) is highly desirable.
  • Strong Skills: Strong understanding of quality principles, processes, and methodologies, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Collaborative Abilities: Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams, ensuring successful project execution.
