Job Opportunity

The Solar Design Manager is responsible for overseeing the creation of technical designs and proposals for solar projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage detailed proposals and designs for solar projects with a strong command in relevant software tools.
  • Coordinate with sales and project teams to understand client needs and preferences.
  • Maintain technical accuracy and compliance with industry best practices.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to identify potential opportunities.
  • Manage the design process from concept to final submission, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Support business development by providing technical expertise and guidance.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field of study.
  • Advanced knowledge of solar energy systems and design principles, including system sizing, layout, and performance optimization.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in solar system design and proposal development, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, Sketchup, and Aurora.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts.
